The structure of the class is designed to take participants through the stages of menopause which are linked to the seasons of a woman’s life. Gentle movement, breath work and meditation are interlaced with yin & restorative practices to help manage groups of symptoms. No prior yoga experience is required. The class is accessible to all shapes, sizes and abilities.
