Cyndi Lee - Om Yoga
Cyndi Lee is the first female Western yoga teacher to fully integrate yoga asana and Tibetan Buddhism in her practice and teaching. Cyndi’s teaching work is now focussed on yoga and meditation, and the resiliency that arises when we practice these methods in a sustainable manner.

Since most diseases start in the gut, are triggered by stress and other environmental factors, she uses a food as medicine approach and completed Food As Medicine training from The Center for Mind-Body Medicine. She was the sports nutrition speaker for Black Girls Run, Preserve the Sexy Tour and has been featured on ABC 8 News. She is also a member of Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)
TCTSY is an empirically validated, clinical intervention for complex trauma or chronic, treatment-resistant post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). TCTSY has foundations in trauma theory, attachment theory, neuroscience, and hatha yoga, with an emphasis on body-based yoga forms and breathing practices
